Crémants d'Alsace AOP - Pinot Blanc

  • Geographical Situation : Alsace, North East of France.
  • Sol : Alsace has a mosaic of land, all very different from each other, with a predominance of limestone.
  • Vinification : Grapes manually harvested. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperatures. Aged on fine lees for 3 months. Tasted and blended by the winemaker team. Bottled for the second alcoholic fermentation called "Prise de mousse" that gives the effervescence to the wine. Aged on lees for 18 months. Riddling, disgorging and expedition liqueur added.
  • Color : Golden yellow, a fine and uniform foam.
  • Nose : Complex and aromatic, with ripe fruit aromas, fresh. The light brioche notes provide an elegant finesse.
  • Mouth : Fresh and powerful at the beginnig. A great round and elegant volume. A perfectly well-balanced acidity et give persistance to the wine.
  • Recommendations : Goes perfectly with all your gastronomiques events, celebration and aperitif.
  • Service temperature : 5 to 7°C.
  • Conservation : 1 to 3 years.

  • Alcohol : 12.5
